Multi Role Operative
SIMONA Peak Pipe Systems
Role Purpose
Reporting to the Senior Operations Coordinator, the successful applicant will hold the role – Multi Role Operative which includes duties such as working on Saw, Perforator, Clear Duct, Extrusion, TORR and Fabrications; therefore providing cover for all operational departments when required.
Key tasks:
· Run the saw to customer requirements
· Run the perforator to customer requirements
· Run the clear duct and extrusion to customer requirements
· Run TORR and fabrications to customer requirements
· Act in accordance with the Company Health and Safety policy. Meet statutory duties and cooperate with the employer on all health and safety matters
· Maintain a high level of housekeeping in and around all work areas inside and outside the facilities. Advise a Supervisor/Manager of any housekeeping problems
· Ensure all processes are run efficiently providing cover for all operational departments when required
· Carry out any other duties where appropriate training has been given when requested by Supervisor/Manager
· To actively support and engage in continuous improvement projects
· Make suggestions to improve operation efficiency and effectiveness
