Hours of work: Perrys are committed to working with our employees for a focus on a good work life balance. 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 1pm to 5pm.
1 in 4 Saturdays as overtime and occasional cover for absence and leave.

About the role:
As a Regional Switchboard Operator you will be responsible for the customers first impression of our highly-respected company. Your day to day responsibilities will include:
Confidently answering telephone calls and directing customers quickly and efficiently to the correct branch, taking messages when necessary.

We are looking for a professional Telephone Switchboard Operator, who will be able to deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to the smooth and effective operation of the company.
You will follow direction well, and capable of taking a high level of customer calls and successfully directing them to the relevant team.
