As demand for sustainable and cost-effective heating continues to grow, we're expanding our sales team across Chesterfield, Sheffield, and Rotherham. We are looking for ambitious Telesales Representatives who want to build a rewarding career and earn exceptional commission.

The Role
As a Telesales Representative, you'll be speaking with homeowners and business owners who have expressed an interest in improving their heating systems.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Contacting warm leads and prospective customers
- Building rapport and understanding customer requirements
- Explaining the benefits of our heating solutions
- Booking appointments for our field sales consultants
- Maintaining accurate customer records within our CRM system
- Working towards achievable targets and KPIs
- Following up enquiries and nurturing potential customers

What We're Looking For:
- Excellent communication and people skills

- Professional and reliable approach to work
- Basic computer skills
- Previous telesales, customer service or sales experience is helpful but not essential
