Full job description

Job Overview
We are looking for a part time sales Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be working remotely, will need a car with full uk drivers licence and a laptop/computer. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about property and meeting clients. Minimum wage plus bonuses and expenses. Working days are Mondays 12-5 every week and one in every two Saturdays 9-3.

Responsibilities

Engage with prospective clients to book valuations, viewings and mortgage leads.
Match properties to prospective buyers.
Carry out assisted viewings.
Answer inbound calls.
Make outbound calls to existing applicants to generate new leads.
Refer leads to mortgage brokers.

Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
Self-motivated to achieve bonuses.
Ability to work independently.
No previous experience is required.
A valid driving licence is mandatory. This position offers an engaging environment where your enthusiasm for sales can flourish, supported by ongoing training and development opportunities.
