Blenheim Homes & Land is looking for a committed individual with creative flair to join our in-house Marketing Team.
As one of Sheffield’s leading high-end estate agents, based in Millhouses, Sheffield, at Blenheim Homes & Land, we pride ourselves on working in close collaboration with our clients, delivering exceptional service for extraordinary homes.
Within this role, you will be responsible for the photography and videography of luxury properties across Sheffield, Yorkshire and Derbyshire. You will also work together with our Marketing Manager and Assistants to formulate innovative ideas that enhance the brand and increase exposure, all of which will be executed to the highest of standards.
Part of the role will include marketing activities for our sub-divisions - Build & Developments and Design & Architecture. Specialising in one-of-a-kind projects, which focus on delivering outstanding quality, unrivalled specification and functional design, whilst giving each home a unique signature style, to turn our clients’ dreams into reality.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience within the marketing industry
- Have experience in photography and videography
- Ideally hold an A2 Certificate of Competency for the operation and flight of drones or be willing to undertake necessary training
- Have experience using the Adobe Creative Suite
- Have a strong interest in the property sector
- Have an eye for home staging and fine attention to detail
- Be extremely organised
- Be punctual
- Be friendly and a team player
Key Tasks
- Attending new property instructions, including photography, videography and drone work - applying a fine eye for detail and home staging to ensure the best possible final result
- Creating marketing aids to promote the sale of properties online
- Processing and editing property images
- Editing video tours
- Uploading content to property management software and websites
- Creating content for Facebook and Instagram, e.g. short and long-form video, graphics
- Communicating with our clients throughout the marketing process
- Participating in marketing meetings to cultivate new ideas
Skills and Qualities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have experience using the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects and Adobe Illustrator
- Creatively minded
- Exceptional eye for fine detail
- Ability to work both efficiently and accurately
- Ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner
- Ability to acquire new skills quickly through on-the-job training and self-learning
Qualifications and Other Information
- Experience within a transferable marketing role is desired
- Experience and understanding of working with camera equipment and drones are desired
- A2 COFC is desired; however training can be undertaken
- Full UK Driving Licence required
Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
