This is a great opportunity to join our innovative and fast-growing business as a mentor to our Water Boundary Box Meter Installers. We are looking for an experienced civils Manager who has experience of recruiting, onboarding and mobilising 2 person dig teams. Our Operational depots are located in Sheffield, J34 M1 and Normanton WF6 M1, its great time to join Vocon Energy Ltd, with fantastic opportunities for growth and development within a thriving company.

Our management team has over 25 years’ experience within the industry - the directors having worked their way up from being meter fitters themselves. We have now taken the opportunity to establish our new company with a real focus on our customers and delivering a first-class service to the region.

The Role / Opportunity

To lead the charge on VOCON Energy's Civils arm of the business
To recruit and mobilise 2 person dig teams, in total 10 teams required
Ensure Safe practice of works onsite
Ensure reinstatement and compaction compliance
Ensure Operatives are productive in their day to day works
Audit dig teams
Ensure correct plant allocation and Calibration of items.
Good customer service skills
Ability to adapt to different situations on site
Willingness to learn
Flexible approach to work
Ability to work individually but also as part of a team

The Package

Annual income of £32,000 - £40,000 (DOE)
Company van, fuel card & PPE Provided
