Join The Blue Light Group

The Blue Light Group is a growing home improvement company specialising in windows, doors, roofline products, and extensions across Suffolk and the surrounding areas. As our business continues to expand, we are looking for a creative and motivated Marketing & Content Creator Executive to help strengthen our brand and online presence.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about content creation, social media, and marketing, and who wants to play a key role in the growth of a fast-moving company.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing and improving our marketing presence across multiple platforms, creating engaging content, and helping generate new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

Creating engaging social media content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
Visiting live installations to capture photos and videos of projects
Producing promotional videos, reels, and before-and-after content
Managing and scheduling social media posts
Assisting with marketing campaigns and brand development
Updating website content where required
Helping improve online engagement and lead generation
Monitoring marketing performance and suggesting improvements
Supporting the overall growth and reputation of The Blue Light Group

What We’re Looking For

Experience in marketing, social media, or content creation
Confidence using platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
Good photography and video editing skills
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Full UK driving licence preferred

Desirable Skills

Experience using Canva, Adobe, CapCut, or similar editing software
Knowledge of paid advertising and social media campaigns
Experience within the home improvement or construction industry would be beneficial but not essential
