The Graphic Designer will support the design team by delivering accurate, commercially effective packaging and product artwork across the business. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role suited to a capable designer who is confident working within established brand guidelines and design processes.
The role does not carry people management responsibility but does require strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to take ownership of tasks. It is ideal for a designer looking to strengthen their packaging and product experience in a commercial, mass-retail environment.

- Work closely with the Design Manager to prioritise tasks and manage deadlines
- Collaborate with Buying, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure output aligns with category strategy and commercial needs
- Work with Buyers to create packaging, product concepts and e-comm imagery aligned to mass retail / FMCG expectations
- Communicate progress clearly and raise concerns early
Process & Organisation
- Follow established design processes, filing systems, and version control standards
- Maintain well-organised working files and supporting assets
- Ensure artwork accuracy and consistency across all output

- Awareness of retail packaging impact and on-shelf performance
- Exposure to print processes and production workflows
- Experience working with overseas suppliers
- Ability to create simple illustrations or design assets (e.g., icons, diagrams, product sketches)
