Overview We are seeking a professional and organized Garage Administration Assistant / Receptionist to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional administrative support within a busy garage environment, ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong office skills, be proficient with computer programs, and demonstrate excellent communication abilities. This paid position offers an opportunity to develop your administrative expertise within a dynamic setting. Responsibilities Greet customers promptly and courteously upon arrival or phone contact. Manage incoming calls using proper phone etiquette and direct inquiries accordingly. Schedule appointments and service bookings efficiently using relevant software. Maintain accurate records through data entry and filing systems. Utilize Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Xero for administrative tasks. Assist with invoicing, billing, and processing payments. Support the team with general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and organizing documents. Ensure the reception area remains tidy and welcoming at all times. Handle customer inquiries professionally, providing information about services offered. Scan and upload invoices to relevant software. Qualifications Proven office or administrative experience is desirable. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and QuickBooks. Good typing speed and data entry accuracy. Demonstrable experience in clerical roles or reception work preferred. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Organized with attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for candidates who are proactive, reliable, and eager to contribute to a well-organized garage team.

Hours 9am - 3pm Monday to Friday

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £13.10 per hour

Expected hours: 6 per week
