Full job description

Sales Negotiator Required

We require an experienced sales negotiator (min 2 years experience) for our busy office in Littlehampton.

You must be able to deliver excellent customer service, be an enthusiastic self-starter who is highly motivated with a proven track record and have your own car and able to work in a fast paced rewarding and demanding environment.

The full time position includes working a Saturday rota with a day off in the week.

Registering new applicants and matching them with suitable properties for sale or let.
Arranging and conducting energetic, professional property viewings.
Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors.
Generating new business opportunities, valuer leads, and market appraisals.
Assisting with digital property marketing, crafting engaging descriptions, and social media promotion.
Delivering top-tier customer care and building lasting relationships.

What We Are Looking For:

Excellent communication, listening, and negotiation skills.
Highly organized with a proactive, "can-do" work ethic.
Full UK driving license and your own car.
Deep familiarity with the local Littlehampton and surrounding area is a distinct advantage.
