Salary: Up to £51,900.00 per year (depending on level of experience, training and qualification)

We have an opportunity for a Physiotherapy Lead to join their team of staff in the Physiotherapy department.
This is a full-time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern.
Duties of this role include:
- Lead the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy care across all relevant clinical areas.

Maintain a specialist caseload, providing expert assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation planning.

Support complex case management, clinical supervision, and decision-making across the team.

Provide line management and clinical supervision to physiotherapists, therapy assistants, and students.

Support staff development through appraisals, training, mentorship, and CPD planning.

Foster a positive, inclusive, and professional team culture aligned with organisational values.

Oversee the day-to-day running of the physiotherapy service, including staff rotas, clinic planning, and workload allocation.
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
- HCPC-registered Physiotherapist.

Significant post-registration experience, including advanced clinical and leadership responsibilities.

Proven ability to lead a team and manage physiotherapy services independently effectively.

Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and organisational skills with experience growing outpatient activity and consultant relationships.

Experience in supervising staff and supporting service improvement.

Postgraduate qualification in a physiotherapy specialty or healthcare leadership.

Experience working in private healthcare or across multiple specialties.

Experience with clinical governance processes, KPI reporting, recruitment and digital systems.

Involvement in research, teaching, or publication and develop new pathways.
