Full job description

We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and highly organised Weddings & Events Manager to join our close-knit team.

At Farbridge, we create exceptional experiences. Our exclusive use venue offers the perfect setting for weddings and occasions. From our restored barns and on-site accommodation to our renowned catering and personalised planning service, every detail is designed to feel seamless, stylish, and unforgettable.

As one of our Event Managers, you’ll guide couples through every stage of their journey, from initial enquiry and venue viewing to the first dance and evening celebrations. Combining calm professionalism, creativity, and exceptional organisation, you’ll work closely with clients, suppliers, chefs, and front-of-house teams to deliver weddings that exceed expectations with outstanding service, perfect timing, and genuine warmth. You’ll oversee venue set-up, styling, supplier arrivals, food and drink coordination, and event flow. Expect to confidently manage and lead event teams of up to 15 staff members, plus suppliers, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service throughout.

What We’re Looking For

We’d love to hear from you if you are:

Experienced in weddings or events management, ideally within a premium hospitality or venue environment. It is desirable that you have coordinated the catering element of an event.
Confident managing large-scale events and coordinating multiple moving parts simultaneously.
A strong communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills and a warm, professional approach.
Naturally organised, with excellent attention to detail and time management.
A proactive leader who enjoys motivating and managing teams.
Creative, enthusiastic, and passionate about delivering unforgettable guest experiences.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where events can be physically demanding
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
Flexible to work weekends and evenings as required by the events schedule.
