Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience. You will assist in various areas, including food preparation, service, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and responding to guest inquiries.
Support bar tending activities by mixing drinks and serving beverages as required.
Help with catering events, ensuring all food is presented attractively and served promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant and bar.
Adhere to all food safety regulations and hygiene standards to ensure the health and safety of guests and staff.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
Take responsibility for the department in the absence of the food and beverage manager
Cover duty management shifts as required

Skills

Strong understanding of food safety practices to maintain high hygiene standards.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
A friendly and approachable demeanour that enhances the guest experience.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
Organisational Skills
Ability to manage a team
