Full job description

The Well Group Limited is looking for a motivated and organised Junior Contracts Administrator to join our growing team in Northwood.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a long-term career within administration, contracts, and operations support. You’ll be working within a fast-paced office environment supporting engineers, contracts managers, and customers across our compliance and water hygiene contracts.

What You'll Be Doing

Assisting with raising and managing jobs within internal systems
Supporting engineer scheduling and daily planning
Updating trackers, spreadsheets, and job records
Organising engineer reports and contract documentation
Filing documents within SharePoint and company systems
Communicating with customers, schools, and site contacts
Chasing outstanding paperwork and job updates
Supporting quotation and remedial administration
Assisting the contracts team with day-to-day operations

What We’re Looking For

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Good communication and friendly telephone manner
Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
Skilled with Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Reliable, professional, and eager to learn
Previous administration experience is beneficial but not essential
