Bartender/Mixologist – Kin House
Kin House is a private-hire, design-led venue hosting exclusive weddings, brand events, and celebrations for up to 200 guests. We are seeking skilled Bartenders with mixology experience to join our team and deliver exceptional bar service during large-scale weddings and corporate events.

Role Overview
As a Bartender at Kin House, you will be responsible for creating and serving high-quality drinks, supporting bar operations, and ensuring guests receive a premium experience. You’ll work closely with our Bar Manager and events team to maintain efficiency and uphold our 5-star standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, and other beverages to a high standard.
- Assist with bar setup and breakdown before and after events.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area throughout service.
- Restock and manage inventory during events.
- Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to all guests.
- Support the wider team during peak periods as needed.
- Adhere to Health & Safety and licensing regulations.
Requirements
- Previous bartending experience with cocktail/mixology skills.
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, and classic cocktails.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.
- A proactive, can-do attitude and genuine passion for hospitality.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Barista experience (preferred but not essential).
Contract & Pay
- Casual contract with flexibility to choose shifts that fit your lifestyle.
- Rate of pay: £15.70 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay and NI contributions).
