We are currently recruiting experienced and passionate chefs to join an exciting new food hall project in Bristol City Centre.

We are looking for chefs specialising in a variety of Asian cuisines including:

Chinese
Japanese
Korean
Thai
Malaysian
Filipino
Vietnamese
Sri Lankan
Indian / Indo-Chinese
Other Asian street food concepts welcome

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a brand-new high-footfall food hall in a prime city centre location with a curated mix of food operators and strong customer demand.

Responsibilities:

Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes
Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen standards
Assisting with menu development and kitchen operations
Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Ensuring consistency and quality of food presentation

Requirements:

Previous experience as a chef or cook within Asian cuisine
Ability to work well under pressure
Passion for food and hospitality
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Food hygiene certification required
