What you will bring

Previous supervisory experience in Housekeeping within a 5-star luxury hotel.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a high-performing team.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining luxury standards.

A proactive, hands-on approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Your responsibilities

Support the Executive Housekeeper in daily operation of the Housekeeping department, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all housekeeping functions.
Supervise and coordinate housekeeping team members, ensuring guest rooms and public areas consistently meet hotel standards.
Assist with departmental administration, including room inspections, scheduling, training, and inventory control.
Foster a positive and respectful working environment while maintaining strong relationships with colleagues across all hotel departments.
Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene are maintained throughout the hotel.
Address guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
