37 hours per week

Fixed term contract – 18 months

As a Lettings Pre-Void Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support throughout the voids process. You will coordinate property terminations, raise orders on our system, process invoices, maintain accurate records to ensure properties are ready for re-letting within agreed timescales.

This is a varied and fast-paced role requiring excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities while handling sensitive information with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate the administration of vacant properties to support efficient turnaround and re-letting.
Raise work orders.
Arrange asbestos surveys.
Process returned contractor paperwork and authorised invoices for payment.
Arrange paint allowances where required.
Liaise with gas and electricity providers for vacant properties.
Notify preferred utility suppliers and complete all associated administration.
Allocate and close cases using the Open Housing management system.
Ensure all void documentation is complete and accurately stored within property records.
Work collaboratively with internal teams and external contractors to ensure void properties progress smoothly through the process.

You must be fluent in the English language (as a requirement of Part 7 of the Immigration Act “for the effective performance of a customer-facing role”).
