About Red Lodge
Red Lodge Canine Country Club Ltd is a thriving, purpose‑built Doggy Daycare, Puppy School, and Overnight Boarding facility serving the Royal Wootton Bassett community and surrounding areas. We’re known for our structured enrichment, safe socialisation, and warm, personal approach. Every dog is treated as an individual, and our team works hard to create a joyful, stimulating, and secure environment for all.
The Role
We’re looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic, confident, and dog‑loving individual to join our team at Red Lodge. This is an active, hands‑on role supporting dogs in daycare, puppies in training, and boarders who stay with us.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising groups of dogs in a safe, controlled, and positive manner
- Leading and supporting enrichment activities and structured play
- Assisting with puppy school set‑ups and learning
- Cleaning, maintaining, and resetting indoor and outdoor areas
- Feeding, monitoring, and providing individual care to boarding dogs
- Greeting clients and supporting smooth drop‑off/collection
- Helping with basic admin tasks and record‑keeping
- Capturing high‑quality photos and videos of our dog visitors for social media
- Contributing creative ideas for content and showcasing daily life at Red Lodge
- A keen interest in photography, videography, or social media is a real advantage
- Working collaboratively with a friendly, supportive team
About You
You’ll thrive in this role if you are:
- Calm, confident, and comfortable around dogs of all breeds and sizes
- Physically fit and happy working outdoors in all weather
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow safety protocols
- A positive communicator with a can‑do attitude
- Happy working in a fast‑paced, often muddy environment
- Experienced with dogs (professionally or personally) - desirable but not essential
- A driver with access to a vehicle - highly preferred due to our location
- Creative and confident using a smartphone to capture engaging content (bonus)

Hours & Pay
- Working hours available across weekdays and weekends
- Shifts typically between 7:00am–7pm
- Additional hours available during peak seasons
