About us:

SAM Leisure is the UK’s leading high-end sports and leisure supplier, focused primarily on pool and snooker. Our showroom and office are based in Coventry, United Kingdom.

About the role:

Join our existing team members delivering and installing slate bed pool tables and other gaming equipment.

The role is great fun, but physically demanding. You will be required to have a full clean UK driving licence. The job role will usually involve installing and delivering products nationwide. As we cover a substantial geographical area, we schedule an installation day of up to two to three appointments. There may be some days where you will be helping the warehouse team.

You must be prepared for some long days and heavy lifting, as well as be keen to learn new specialist skills including re-clothing pool tables, re-tipping pool cues, and installation techniques for the various tables and leisure goods that we supply.

Daily tasks will include:

Installing and delivering products to customers homes and into commercial businesses
Delivering market-leading customer service
Driving
Yard maintenance
Stock organisation and picking
A keen eye for detail and personal organisation
Willingness to learn about the products
Willingness to learn new technical skills

Working Days/Hours:

This is based on working a 37.5 hour week, usually starting at 7am from our Coventry HQ. Start time may change depending on work scheduled for the week, and this will be communicated to you ahead of time. You will work Monday to Friday, and there will be opportunity for overtime. From time to time, you may be asked to attend long distance jobs across the UK which require over night stays.

Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and capable person who shares our passion for delivering excellence.

Salary: £26,500 - £27,500 (+ discretionary annual company bonus)

Location: Office based – Coventry
