Full job description

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Stock & Admin Manager to oversee our warehouse operations and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of supply chain logistics, and proficiency with various warehouse management systems. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to process optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives within a dynamic logistics environment.

Duties

Manage daily warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Supervise 4 warehouse admin providing guidance and support to optimise productivity and safety standards.
Oversee inventory control using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and SAP, ensuring stock accuracy and timely replenishment.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations across all warehouse functions.
Maintain detailed records of shipping & receiving activities, stock levels, and administrative documentation.
MUST have excellent SAP Knowledge for this role

Requirements

Proven supervising experience within a warehouse or logistics environment.
Strong understanding of supply chain management, logistics, and transportation systems.
Experience with SAP is essential
Knowledge of 3PL providers, shipping & receiving procedures, and inventory control practices.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Pay: £37,000.00-£40,100.00 per year
