Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Store/Post Office Assistant, where your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help create a welcoming environment for customers and ensure smooth daily operations. In this role, you will be the friendly face of our store, assisting customers with their needs, managing merchandise, and providing excellent service. Your proactive approach and multitasking abilities will contribute to a positive shopping experience and efficient store management. Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist with inquiries
Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems
Manage stock levels through merchandising, restocking shelves, and organizing displays to attract customer attention.
Handle postal services such as mailing packages, selling postage stamps, and managing parcel pickups.
Provide exceptional customer service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store environment to ensure a welcoming shopping space.
Answer phone calls professionally, providing information or directing inquiries to appropriate team members.
Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks during busy periods while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills in English;
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory counts.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and record keeping.
Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Friendly phone etiquette with clear verbal communication.
Experience or interest in retail merchandising
