We’re now looking for a confident, organised and personable Wedding Coordinator to join us and help couples bring their dream weddings to life.
As a Wedding Coordinator at The Bentley, you will be the main point of contact for our couples from initial enquiry through to the big day itself. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their vision, guide them through the planning process, and ensure each wedding runs smoothly and beautifully. This is a hands-on role requiring excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a genuine passion for delivering unforgettable experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct venue show-rounds and respond promptly to wedding enquiries
- Build strong relationships with couples, understanding their needs and personalising each event accordingly
- Coordinate all aspects of wedding planning, from initial booking to final details
- Liaise with internal departments (kitchen, bar, operations, etc.) to ensure seamless delivery
- Be present on the wedding day to oversee proceedings and act as the main point of contact for the couple and suppliers
- Maintain accurate records, contracts, and schedules
- Attend and contribute to internal planning meetings and wedding fairs
- Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of our wedding business
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in wedding or event coordination (hospitality, hotel or venue-based preferred)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Organised and detail-focused, with the ability to manage multiple events at different stages
- A calm, professional manner under pressure and the ability to think on your feet
- Sales-focused mindset with a passion for exceeding client expectations
- Availability to work evenings and weekends, in line with wedding bookings
- Previous experience as a Wedding Coordinator or in a similar events role is essential
