Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Medispa Assistant with a strong passion for skincare, beauty, and customer service. In this role, you will support the daily operations of our medispa, assist clients with their treatments, and ensure a welcoming and professional environment. Candidates with a beautician qualification are preferred, as you will have opportunities to showcase your skills and contribute to clients’ beauty journeys. This paid position offers an exciting chance to grow within the wellness and beauty industry while delivering exceptional service to our valued clients.

Responsibilities

Greet clients warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit
Assist therapists and beauticians with treatment preparations and follow-up procedures
Educate clients on skincare routines, products, and available treatments
Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of treatment areas and equipment
Manage appointment scheduling and client records efficiently
Communicate clearly with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized experience
Able to manage daily operational duties

Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service or beauty-related roles is preferred
Valid beautician qualification is highly desirable; relevant certifications are a plus
Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to engage confidently with diverse clients
Friendly, energetic personality with a passion for helping others look and feel their best
Ability to work well in a team environment and handle multiple tasks effectively
