Full job description

Hayward Fox are one of the leading independent Estate and Letting Agents in the New Forest. We are committed to providing an exceptional level of service to our clients, supported by a supportive, professional and collaborative working environment.

Working Pattern:

Core working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 3:00pm and working 9am to 1pm one in three Saturdays with time in lieu. The position is office based, with approximately 3 mornings a week visiting properties in our portfolio and compiling inspection reports. The role is mobile, and a car will be required for attending appointments; therefore, a car and full UK driving licence is required.

Who We are Looking For:
You will ideally have experience in a similar role (but training will be provided). We are after someone who is dependable, enthusiastic, and takes real pride in their work. You will be confident, professional, and comfortable engaging with tenants and landlords alike. Strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently are key. At the heart of this role is a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service, we want someone who is genuinely willing to go the extra mile.

Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out regular inspections of managed properties
Completing pre-tenancy checks and tenancy paperwork
Identifying and reporting maintenance issues to the relevant team member
Preparing accurate reports and updating internal systems
Supporting wider business operations as needed, including viewings

Skills & Experience:

Excellent punctuality and reliability
A high level of integrity and initiative
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Clear, confident communication skills

A car and full, clean UK driving licence are required

Pay: £20,000.00-£24,500.00 per year

Work Location: In person
