Limitless Physiotherapy & Performance is a fast growing, modern Physiotherapy Clinic with well equipped on-site Gyms in Mudeford, Christchurch & New Milton, Hampshire.

Our services include Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, Physio-Led Personal Training, Physio Led Small Group Training and Sports Massage Therapy.

The main purpose of the role: Is to provide world-class physiotherapy and physio-led coaching and training services for our patients and clients, that makes meaningful impacts on their lives and the people around them.
Main duties include:
- To perform skilled Physiotherapy assessments for patients with musculoskeletal presentations and complex and acute/chronic physical conditions and injuries.
- To communicate effectively with patients to ensure informed consent for assessment and treatment, providing the patient with clarity over their symptoms and their entire treatment plan, whilst ensuring the patient agrees with the proposed plan.
- Ensure patients achieve their clinical and health/lifestyle outcomes within the time-frame set for them.
- To use evidenced based practice in the musculoskeletal and injury training area by use of relevant reading, attendance at in-service training, external courses and research searches.
- Offer exceptional, world class value from your physiotherapy appointments to patients, so we always provide more in value than we take in payment and people tell their friends and family about our services.
- Ensure patients remain excited about their rehabilitation and committed throughout their whole treatment plan of care.
- To ensure good working knowledge of all national and local guidelines
- To manage and prioritise your own clinical caseload efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure your clinical notes and records are kept up to date and accurate at all times, in line with your professional bodies guidance for record keeping.
- To be professional and legally responsible and accountable for all aspects of your own work.
- To lead Physio Led Small Group Training Sessions alongside the 121 Physiotherapy sessions, with ongoing Physio Oversight Reviews and Assessments of these clients.
- To participate and contribute to the in-house training of our team at the clinic.

Requirements:
- BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy Degree or MSc Physiotherapy Degree
- CSP and HCPC Registration
- Clean Full UK Driving License
- Willing to commute from a reasonable location or willing to relocate for the role
Desirable:
- Strength & Conditioning background/knowledge
- Personal Training Qualification
- Sports Massage Qualification
- New Graduates will be considered based upon previous experience
