About the Role
We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service & Sales Advisor to join our team in Tiverton, Devon. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
As a Customer Service & Sales Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring enquiries are handled efficiently and professionally while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
This role is part-time to cover afternoons, but could possible be scope for more hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via telephone and email.
- Provide accurate information regarding Floris products, Bespoke services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Process customer orders, requests, and account updates.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems.
- Work closely with colleagues across departments to ensure customer needs are met.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and service delivery.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- An interest in fragrance, heritage or beauty brands.
- A positive, professional, and approachable manner.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Previous customer service experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- Experience working with SAGE & Shopify are preferred.

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- Part-time hours. (ideally 12-5pm, but hours can be discussed, afternoons to be covered)
Salary - £25,000 - £28,000 Pro Rata
