Full job description

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Head Barista/Supervisor to lead our coffee operations in our busy Restaurant.

The restaurant is open from 9.30am to 4pm everyday. The successful applicant will be expected to work a mixture of weekdays plus one weekend day.

Duties

Lead and motivate the barista team to deliver outstanding coffee and service standards
Prepare and serve a variety of coffees and drinks, ensuring consistency and quality
Manage daily operations, including opening and closing procedures
Provide training and support to team members on barista training.
Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage inventory efficiently
Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to ensure satisfaction
Maintain a clean, organised workspace that complies with health regulations

Requirements

Proven experience as a Barista with strong knowledge of coffee.
Previous supervisory or leadership experience within a hospitality or café environment
Excellent customer service skills
Strong organisational skills with effective time management abilities
Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy periods
Flexibility to work during peak hours, including weekends if required

Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
