Job Overview
EP Barbershop Ludlow is seeking a skilled and personable Barber to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for delivering exceptional grooming services and creating a welcoming environment for clients. This role offers an excellent opportunity to utilise your barbering talents within a friendly and professional setting, contributing to the community’s grooming needs.

Duties

Provide professional barbering services, including haircuts, trims, and styling tailored to client preferences
Offer excellent customer service by engaging with clients in a friendly and professional manner
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the barbering station and tools
Advise clients on suitable styles and grooming products based on their individual needs
Ensure all health and safety standards are adhered to during service delivery
Manage appointment schedules efficiently to minimise wait times and maximise client satisfaction

Requirements

Proven experience in hair styling and barbering techniques
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly in English
Excellent communication skills to understand client preferences and provide professional advice
Valid barbering qualification recognised within the UK
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a busy environment
Organised, reliable, and committed to maintaining high standards of hygiene and professionalism

Pay: £33,600.00-£40,320.97 per year
