Job Description

We are seeking a NQ solicitor to join our Contentious Probate Team based at our Shrewsbury office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor to develop their career with a supportive and forward-thinking firm, under the supervision of a highly experienced contentious probate specialist.

The role will handle a diverse but dedicated caseload of contentious probate matters, including but not limited to:

claims for reasonable financial provision under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975
probate disputes and
applications to remove executors and trustees

Good communication skills are essential, together with a strong client service ethic. The successful applicant will be keen to take a proactive approach to business development.
