Full job description

We are a firm of Management Accountants providing outsourced accounting department services to a wide range of businesses. Rather than simply preparing year-end accounts, we become part of our clients' finance teams, supporting them with everything from day-to-day finance administration through to management reporting and financial insight.

This is a flexible role, with part time hours to suit the right candidate and a salary that will reflect your experience and skills.

The work is varied and can include:

Finance administration
Bookkeeping support
Purchase and sales ledger
Bank reconciliations
Credit control
Payroll support
Management accounts preparation
Financial reporting
General support across our clients' finance functions

The role is office-based to encourage collaboration and training, with some opportunity to work from home.

We're looking for someone who:

✔ Has excellent attention to detail

✔ Is organised and able to manage multiple tasks

✔ Enjoys solving problems and improving processes

✔ Has strong bookkeeping experience including UK VAT

✔ Is confident using cloud accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks and Dext

✔ Is confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

✔ Communicates professionally with clients and colleagues
