Full job description

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience with sewing machinery and working with fabric. As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that all machines operate efficiently and effectively to meet production targets.

Duties

Set up machines according to specifications and ensure they are calibrated correctly.
Cut Fabric, fuse with heat press and place them on the embroidery machines.
Monitor machines, to keep them running constantly, chacnge bobbins and broken threads.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work environment.
Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
Removing backing/paper from finished pieces and preparing them for the next step.

Requirements

Previous experience in a warehouse setting is highly desirable.
Familiarity with sewing machines is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
