We’re looking for a strategic and forward-thinking Sourcing & Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain operations at our Evesham site.

What You’ll Be Leading
Strategic Sourcing & Category Management
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned to business growth
- Lead end-to-end sourcing activities (RFQs, RFPs, negotiations, supplier selection)
- Build long-term supplier partnerships and preferred supplier frameworks
- Unlock cost savings and value through market insight and commercial expertise
End-to-End Supply Chain Ownership
You’ll oversee the full supply chain lifecycle:
- Planning: Demand forecasting, supply planning, and S&OP alignment
- Procurement: Supplier selection, contract management, and performance optimisation
- Operations: Ensuring efficient, high-quality manufacturing execution
- Logistics: Seamless movement of goods from supplier to customer
- Inventory: Balancing service levels with working capital efficiency
- Customer Fulfilment: Delivering best-in-class OTIF performance
Supplier & Stakeholder Leadership
- Develop and manage global strategic suppliers
- Drive supplier performance via KPIs, reviews, and improvement plans
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Projects
- Act as the procurement lead for capital investment initiatives
Cost, Risk & Compliance
- Deliver measurable cost savings and cost avoidance
- Conduct Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks (capacity, geopolitical, compliance)
- Ensure robust contract management and ethical sourcing practices
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
- Embed Lean and continuous improvement practices
- Leverage data and digital tools to enhance visibility and performance
- Support sustainability and ESG goals within the supply base

You’ll play a critical role in: Driving supply chain resilience, supporting complex capital projects, improving cost, quality, and delivery performance, enabling business growth through smarter sourcing
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Capability
- Extensive experience in sourcing/procurement, ideally within capital equipment or CapEx environments
- Proven success managing strategic sourcing projects and supplier relationships
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation expertise
- Experience across end-to-end supply chain operations
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
Technical Knowledge
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (fabrication, machining, moulding, surface treatment)
- Hands-on knowledge of GD&T, metrology, and testing for quality assurance
- Lean, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making experience
- Risk management and problem-solving expertise
Qualifications
- Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or similar
- CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent (desirable)
