About the role
As Facilities and Security Coordinator, you will:
- Assist and facilitate visitors, clients, and other individuals.
- Administrate facilities, provide maintenance support and supply facilities assets and furniture.
- Identify, log and resolve maintenance requests and facilities issues (with third parties supporting)
- Issue and receive company assets, including IT equipment and mobile devices, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Have awareness of export control regulations in order to support and deputise for the Export Control Officer.
- Support with internal infrastructure, office moves and workspace changes.
- Support the day‑to‑day operation of Kirintec as a Facilities Security Cleared (FSC) Company.
- Assisting with the enforcement of site security procedures, including:
- Clear desk policy (CDP)
- Secure storage requirements
- End‑of‑day security checks (where required)
Providing administrative support for Personnel Security processes, including:
- On‑boarding and tracking of BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) and Security Check (SC) clearances.
- Maintaining clearance records and tracking renewal dates.
- Supporting leaver processes to ensure timely notification of clearance cessation where required.
