We are seeking a warm, professional, and passionate Spa Therapist to join our award-winning Meadow Spa team.
You will be an experienced therapist with a minimum of one year’s professional experience, ideally two years or more, in a spa, wellness or full-time treatment environment and be confident delivering exceptional face and body treatments. Above all, you will be passionate about creating meaningful guest experiences through skilled, intuitive and personalised care.
Our treatment philosophy is rooted in holistic wellbeing, with a focus on hands-on bodywork, massage and nurturing facial treatments. An interest in wider wellness practices such as breathwork, mindfulness, movement or holistic health would be highly valued.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and collaborative team within one of the UK’s leading wellness destinations, with ongoing opportunities for training, development and career progression.
Some weekend working is expected as part of a fair rota, reflecting the needs of a luxury hospitality environment.

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum one year’s experience; two years or more preferred
- Qualified in massage and facial therapies to level 3 (ITEC, VCTC, CIDESCO, NVQ, CIBTAC)
- Passion for holistic wellbeing and exceptional guest care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, reliable and positive attitude
- A collaborative team player
- Interest in ongoing learning and development
- Interest in breathwork, mindfulness or wider wellness practices is an advantage
