Full job description

CCL have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and reliable Screen Printer to join our production team at our Chippenham site. This is a hands on role working with manual, semi automatic, and Sakurai cylinder press printing machines, producing high quality printed components to meet customer and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Setting up and operating hand, semi auto, and Sakurai screen printing presses
Producing high quality printed parts with a strong focus on zero defects
Preparing screens, inks, and materials to job specifications
Monitoring print quality and making adjustments as needed
Recording production data accurately on the onsite system
Carrying out routine machine checks and basic maintenance
Working to ISO 9001 quality procedures and health & safety standards
Supporting continuous improvement and maintaining excellent housekeeping

Qualifications and Experience

Screen printing experience is desirable with a strong attention to detail
Flexible and reliable and willing to learn
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Good communication skills

This role will be on a rotating early/late shift pattern.
