About the Role
As an Early Years Practitioner Apprentice based in Cirencester, you'll work alongside our experienced team to help create a nurturing, inclusive and inspiring environment where every child can thrive.
You'll learn how to:
- Support children's learning, development and wellbeing.
- Observe, plan and evaluate activities that meet individual children's needs.
- Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to children's learning journeys.
- Apply early years knowledge and best practice within your daily work.
- Promote safeguarding, health and safety, and children's welfare at all times.
- Work as part of a caring and professional nursery team that is committed to providing exceptional childcare.
As your confidence and skills grow, you'll take on increased responsibilities and become a positive role model for both children and colleagues.

Hours
This role is for 40 hours per week, worked over 5 days. We can consider part-time opportunities.
