Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and personable Guest Experience Manager to oversee the delivery of our residential family summer programme at Westonbirt. This is a senior, guest‑facing role with overall responsibility for ensuring families receive a seamless, welcoming and high‑quality experience throughout their stay.

Based primarily at Holford House, with regular visits to Westonbirt School, the Guest Experience Manager acts as the main point of contact for families and agents, coordinating arrivals, daily logistics, excursions and on‑site services while working closely with activity, accommodation and transport teams.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in hospitality, camps, residential education or guest services who enjoys building relationships, managing detail and maintaining high standards in a busy summer environment.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for all guests before and during their stay
Lead arrival days, guest briefings and weekly orientation sessions
Oversee the smooth running of daily schedules, transport and logistics
Coordinate parent trips and weekly family excursions, attending as required
Work closely with camp leadership, transport providers and accommodation teams
Respond to guest queries, issues and feedback professionally and efficiently
Oversee evening children’s entertainment sessions at Holford House
Maintain clear communication with senior management on guest experience and operations
Ensure safeguarding, welfare and service standards are upheld at all times

About You

We are looking for someone who:

Has previous experience in guest experience, hospitality, camps, residential schools or similar
Is confident, calm and highly organised
Communicates clearly and professionally with parents and colleagues
Enjoys working in a family‑focused, international environment
Is comfortable being visible, approachable and decisive
Can work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
Speaks fluent English; additional languages are an advantage

Dates and practical details

Contract dates: 5th July – 2nd August 2026
Induction: 4th July 2026
6 days per week, 1 day off
Residential role with full board provided
Pre‑programme handover and training included
Ideally available for the full contract period

Pay: £584.00-£684.00 per week
