Administrator / Customer Service Co-ordinator

Location: Ewen (near Cirencester)

Salary: Competitive Salary offered

Working hours: 8.30-4.30, Full or Part-time considered

DW Dunn Ltd is a family-owned Plumbing and Heating business with an office in Ewen (near Cirencester) and a team of 9 engineers. We are seeking an experienced office administrator/customer service co-ordinator to join our small and friendly office.

Job description:

Answering the telephone to customers and dealing with enquiries.
Diary management and booking in jobs.

Maintaining the customer database (CRM).
Assisting with invoicing and chasing overdue invoices.
Record keeping and general office duties.

To be considered for this role you will need to be able to demonstrate that you have:

Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise well with clients, suppliers and colleagues at all levels.
Good time management skills with ability to prioritise effectively within a reactive environment.
The ability to use initiative, solve problems and remain calm under pressure.
Ability to work both as part of a team and independently.
Previous experience in an administrator/customer service role.
Good literacy and numeracy skills.
