Admin & Systems Coordinator
Salary: £28,000 - £34,000 per year (depending on experience)
Hours: Full Time, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Location: Purton, Wiltshire

We're looking for an energetic, organised and proactive person who thrives on keeping things moving. This isn't a traditional admin role. You'll be right at the heart of the business, supporting management, improving systems, coordinating projects and helping ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

The Role
This is a varied position that touches almost every area of the business. One day you might be coordinating management meetings and chasing actions, the next you could be building marketing contact lists, improving office systems or helping streamline communication between the office and workshop.
You'll become a key support person for the management team and play an important role in helping the business continue to grow efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating and managing company calendars and appointments
- Arranging meetings and ensuring actions are followed through
- Taking accurate meeting notes and producing action lists
- Chasing outstanding actions and keeping projects moving
- Supporting management with day-to-day administration
- Helping implement and improve company systems and processes
- Supporting communication between the office and workshop
- Maintaining project trackers and company records
- Compiling marketing and prospecting databases
- Assisting with customer communications where required
- Handling incoming calls and enquiries
- Supporting the wider team with general operational tasks
- Identifying inefficiencies and suggesting improvements
- Taking ownership of tasks and seeing them through to completion
