Full job description

Position Overview

We are seeking to recruit an Office Co- Ordinator to join our growing plumbing business based in Cirencester. We work solely for new build developers such as Bellway Homes, David Wilson Homes, Bloor Homes, Crest & Wainhomes.

If you’re looking to work in a busy, varied position that involves placing orders and problem solving then look no further.

Package & Hours

Salary: Up to £27,000 per year. (Age Dependant)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 16:00.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll Support: Assisting with basic payroll administration and record-keeping.
Stock Management: Managing stores and inventory control, including regular stock takes and ordering supplies.
Purchasing: Supporting procurement and purchasing activities when required.
After-Sales Support: Providing general administrative help to the after-sales department as needed.

Requirements & Qualifications

Driving Licence: Must hold a full UK Driving Licence.
Organization: Exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities.
Communication: Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
IT Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and standard business software.
Independence: Proven ability to prioritize workloads and work confidently without constant supervision.
Attributes: A positive, solutions-focused attitude paired with meticulous attention to detail.
