Job Title: Finance Assistant Accounts Payable

Hours: up to a max of 30 hrs TBC

Reporting to: Head of Finance

Gloucestershire Airport is looking for a Finance Assistant for an immediate start. This post involves a variety of duties but is predominately Data Entry and Record Keeping, Accounts Payable and Receivable, Bank Reconciliation, General Ledger, Financial Administration, Credit Control and Compliance . You will be part of small but busy finance team based in the main terminal building.

The candidate should have good Purchase Ledger/Bank payments and receipts posting experience and IT skills. An accounting qualification, part or fully qualified AAT at level3 onwards as a minimum. You will need to be highly organised with good attention to detail. Previous experience of Payroll administration would be desirable but not essential.

The position is up to a max of 30 hours per week Monday to Friday TBC.

Salary circa £26 to £28k FTE pro-rata depending upon experience, company pension scheme and free on-site parking, BUPA optional, EAP.
