Multi Trader – Social Housing Voids

Colchester & Surrounding Areas

Immediate Start | Long-Term Work | Weekly CIS Pay

Holdbrook Consult is recruiting experienced Multi Traders for ongoing social housing void contracts across Colchester.

This role is focused exclusively on bringing empty properties back to a lettable standard. We're looking for tradespeople who can work independently, complete jobs to a high standard, and turn voids around efficiently.

Key Duties

Full void property refurbishments
Basic carpentry, plumbing and patch plastering
Kitchen and bathroom repairs/replacements
Painting and decorating
Tiling and flooring repairs
Snagging and making good
Preparing properties for handover

We're Looking For

Proven experience working on social housing voids
Skilled in a range of trades with the ability to complete first and second fix repairs
Own tools and transport
Full UK Driving Licence
UTR number for CIS payments
Reliable, professional and able to work unsupervised
