Starting Salary: £33,000+ (Depending on Experience)

Full‑time | Permanent | Local Work | Company Van Provided

We are a trusted local plumbing company with over 10 years of customer service experience, providing high‑quality plumbing services across Colchester, North Essex, and South Suffolk. We pride ourselves on reliability, professionalism, and maintaining a clean, tidy working environment on every job.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Plumber to join our growing team. You will carry out a wide range of domestic plumbing work while delivering excellent customer communication and high‑quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

General plumbing repairs and maintenance

Tap replacements and installations

Sanitary ware installations

Bathroom installations and upgrades

Shower enclosure installations

Silicone work

Trace, track, and repair leaks

Pipework repairs and replacements

Work on central heating systems, including radiator replacements

Cylinder replacements

Maintain a clean and tidy working environment

Order spare parts for ongoing and future jobs

Provide friendly, clear communication to customers

Participate in a rolling call‑out rota (additional pay applies)

Requirements

Minimum 3 years’ experience as a plumber

Relevant plumbing qualifications

G3 qualification (Unvented Hot Water)

Strong problem‑solving and diagnostic skills

Good customer communication skills

Ability to work independently and efficiently

Full UK driving licence

What We Offer

Starting salary £33,000+, depending on experience

Company van & fuel card

20 days annual leave + bank holidays

Monday to Friday only

No bank holiday work
