Door Supervisors – Cambridge
£13.00 per hour | Weekly Pay | Regular Weekend Shifts
Bridgegate Security is recruiting Door Supervisors to support a range of busy pubs, bars, and late-night venues across Cambridge.
We are looking to strengthen our local teams with reliable, professional individuals who are confident working in fast-paced environments and can represent both the company and our venues to a high standard.
Whether you already have experience within the industry or are newly qualified and looking to build experience, we would like to hear from you.
What You'll Get

What We're Looking For
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor licence (essential)
- Smart, professional presentation
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Confident interacting with customers, venue management, and colleagues
- Reliable, punctual, and team-focused
- Able to remain calm and professional in busy environments
Previous experience within pubs, bars, or late-night venues is preferred but not essential.
