Dansflore Ltd operates as part of the Dyno Plumbing franchise network, delivering plumbing and drainage services on behalf of British Gas. We pride ourselves on providing a professional, reliable, and customer-focused service to policyholders and private customers alike.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and highly organised Senior Scheduler to join our busy and fast-paced office team.
This is a key operational role responsible for overseeing daily scheduling activities, coordinating engineers efficiently, supporting office operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service standards are maintained at all times.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the daily scheduling and allocation of engineers and appointments
- Plan workloads efficiently to maximise productivity and customer satisfaction
- Monitor schedules throughout the day and make adjustments in response to emergencies and operational demands
- Handle escalated customer enquiries professionally and effectively
- Liaise closely with engineers, office staff, policyholders, and customers
- Support and guide office team members where required
- Maintain accurate records and update internal computerised systems
- Carry out administrative duties including data entry, reporting, and job management
- Ensure all work is completed in line with company procedures and service standards
- Assist management with operational planning and general office coordination
RequirementsEssential Skills & Experience
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in a senior scheduling, coordination, or office management role
- Strong customer service experience with confidence dealing directly with the public
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Professional telephone manner and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Confidence using scheduling software and computerised office systems
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to support and motivate colleagues
