ESSENTIAL

Our true superstar will be friendly, approachable, patient, calm in a crisis and a good listener.
You will have a flexible approach -working night shifts, and weekends is essential to the role.
Experience of working in a similar role is beneficial and experience of night shift work is essential.

THE ROLE

You will regularly patrol the accommodation ensuring our guests are safe and secure and ensure all health and safety requirements are met.
You will be that friendly face at the true Hub providing a warm, friendly service to our guests and taking a decisive and effective approach to handling any questions or concerns they may have.
You are the first response to incidents and emergencies that may arise through the night.
You will handle any complaints or issues our guests may have as they arise, to ensure a speedy resolve.
Communication is key, you will provide a detailed shift handover for the oncoming team.
Team works important, you will assist with public areas and communal spaces are kept immaculate by cleaning and ensuring spaces are ready for the next day.
You will demonstrate consistent compliance to true operational excellence standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £13.50 per hour
