Graduate Design Engineer

We are currently seeking a Graduate Design Engineer – Utilities (Electricity, Gas and Water) to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional who is eager to develop their technical expertise and build a career within the utilities and infrastructure sector.

Responsibilities

Deliver electricity, gas, and water designs for tender submissions.
Produce detailed utility designs and submit them to relevant distribution network operators for domestic, commercial, and industrial developments.
Coordinate directly with project engineers to ensure smooth delivery.
Provide daily updates on project progress.
Prepare and manage technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle until completion.

Requirements

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
Fluent English (essential) – all work is carried out in English as our clients are UK-based.
Strong communication skills.
Proficient in AutoCAD.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Familiarity with Outlook.
At least 6 months of experience in Design Engineering.

Desired (but not essential):

Knowledge of Revit.
Knowledge of Civil 3D.
Previous experience in a similar role.
