Hewett's Dental is looking for an ambitious, people-focused Practice Manager to lead our established eight-surgery practice in Brighouse. With a loyal patient base, beautiful surroundings, cutting-edge technology and a close-knit team, this is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact while being supported by the wider Envisage Dental group.

The Opportunity
This is a true leadership role where you'll oversee the day-to-day running of the practice while driving future growth.
You'll:
- Lead, coach and develop an experienced team.
- Deliver an outstanding patient experience.
- Maximise diary utilisation and improve practice performance.
- Drive local marketing and support patient growth.
- Maintain exceptional compliance and operational standards.
- Work closely with the Principal Clinician and wider leadership team to achieve business goals.

What You'll Bring
You'll be an experienced leader who enjoys developing people, delivering exceptional patient care and driving business performance.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous dental practice management experience.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Knowledge of CQC and dental compliance.
- Commercial awareness and experience improving KPIs.
- Experience managing busy appointment books and diary utilisation.
- Confidence supporting local marketing initiatives.
- Experience with SOE (Dentally experience would be advantageous).
- Exposure to private dentistry, implants or sedation is beneficial but not essential.
