The Managing Director of Decisive Dividend Corporation (“DDC”) is responsible for the overall leadership, effective management and financial performance of the subsidiary while adhering to a high standard of ethics, business practices and regulatory compliance. The Managing Director reports to the Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) of Decisive Dividend Corporation.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing business and operating plans that are aligned with DDC’s overall strategy and objectives.
- Leading the organization with an operating philosophy that is performance driven while supporting DDC’s values, “The Decisive Way”.
- Delivering top and bottom-line results.
- Providing hands-on leadership while implementing key strategic initiatives and best practices that drive revenue, profitability, and organic growth.
- Driving a culture of continuous improvement to maximize productivity and profitability.
- Maintaining a deep knowledge of the market and industry trends.
- Identifying growth opportunities, including new markets, geographic expansion, and additional lines of business, developing plans to penetrate the new markets and geographies and introduce new lines of business identified, and winning new, profitable business.
- Forging long term relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance.
- Fostering a positive and ethical work environment that is conducive to attracting, retaining, and motivating a diverse group of top-quality employees at all levels.
- Ensuring a high performing senior management team is in place with development, mentoring and succession plans.
- Ensuring compliance with corporate policies and all applicable legal and regulatory requirements while delivering business results.
- Evaluating risks and challenges faced by the business. Implementing actions to mitigate risks, overcome challenges and create new opportunities.
- Communicating regularly with DDC Management and, occasionally the Board of Directors of Decisive Dividend, on important issues facing the subsidiary (internal and external).
- Performing any other duties and responsibilities as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related discipline; MBA or equivalent executive experience preferred.
- Minimum 10+ years of progressive leadership experience, including senior executive responsibility (President, GM, Managing Director, or equivalent).
- Proven full P&L accountability with a demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth, EBITDA expansion, and strong cash flow performance.
- Experience leading an industrial, manufacturing, engineered products, or technical solutions business.
- Experience in conveyor belting, industrial products, engineered solutions, or related manufacturing sectors is considered a strong asset.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic and operating plans aligned with DDC’s overall corporate strategy.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, capital allocation, KPI management, and performance reporting.
- Hands-on operational leadership experience with a focus on productivity, quality, safety, and continuous improvement (Lean or similar methodologies preferred).
- Demonstrated success identifying and executing organic growth initiatives, including new markets, geographic expansion, and new product or service lines.
- Strong commercial orientation with experience in sales leadership, customer development, pricing strategy, and contract negotiation.
- Proven ability to build, lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing senior management team, including succession planning.
- Experience operating within a corporate or decentralized structure, with regular reporting to executive leadership and/or a Board of Directors.
- Strong understanding of governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance within an industrial environment.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships internally and externally.
- Demonstrated alignment with DDC’s values and “The Decisive Way,” with a strong commitment to ethical leadership, accountability, and performance-driven culture
Compensation and Benefits
- Base Salary; £110,000–£125,000
- STIP, LTIP and car allowance
